Natalia Sumtsova graduated from the Inkutsk Institute of Economics, faculty of finances and credit as economist in 1974.
In 1992 she was awarded Candidate's Degree of Science, in 1999 - Professor's Degree. Natalia Sumtsova has been the head of NNCI since its creation in 1993.

Natalia Sumtsova is credited to be an initiator of transformation of the Gorky Soviet Trade School into College, merging College with Nizhny Novgorod Branch of Moscow Commercial University to create the Nizhny Novgorod Commercial Institute. She has published more than 40 research and methodology works on economic theory and real world economy.
Porfessor Vadim Sobolev - Vice-Rector on Tuition and Methodology
Vadim Sobolev is a Doctor of Economics, Professor. He has been working since 1988 as a ViceRector on Tuition and Methodology, professor of Marketing Department. Vadim Sobolev graduated from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod in 1975. His Doctorate Thesis is about Methodology Foundations of International Marketing (2001). His research in-sight is marketing. He teaches courses of Economics of Enterprise and International Marketing
