As NNCI grows the need to have a modern new library becomes apparent and pressing. This top priority has been harnessed into a determination to implement a modern open access library project, which has been successfully completed in 2006.
Today when a newly built and furnished spacious information resources centre (IRC) is launched, our students and staff have no good reason to feel disadvantaged.
IRC boasts:
-170 working seats
-391108 items of accessible collection
-35 PCs hooked up to LAN and Internet
-easy-to-search electronic catalogue
-specialised databaes on CDs
-database of useful links in the Internet
-copy and scanning facilities and more
With all above in place it's logical to expect that information resources centre will daily develop a loyal following among the NNCI staff, students and community.
Information Resources Center's (IRC) top priority is
-to support students with wealth of information in their learning,
-to provide information for our staff and serve our potential clients seeking consultancy support.
Information is a main resource of society based on knowledge.
All information and data media accessible in IRC is cross-convertible and mutually complementary. User is able to select most convenient sources of information one got used to.

-Open access library and electronic catalogues which represent its collection.
-Gathering wealth of data and information relevant for educational and research profile of our institution and putting it at our users' disposal.
-Analytical and search services aimed at urgent gathering of target data and information requested by user.
-Consultancy services and information support of users' activity.

IRC open hours
Monday - Friday: 9.00 to 19.00
Saturday: 10.00 to 15.00
Sunday - day-off.
